Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Local Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are non-shipping days.

Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.

Taxes and duties

All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Alona Cini cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Returns

We hope that your shopping experience was enjoyable. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, we are always happy to help you out with the return as long as the item purchased was not on Sale and you are within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

Refundable items

Items which you can return are pants, dresses and T-shirts. Please note, they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packing.
All other items, such as: bras, panties, bodysuits, stockings, garters, chockers, bondages etc. can NOT be returned and/or refunded for hygiene reasons.
All sales are final and sale items can NOT be returned, no exceptions.

Damaged / wrong item received

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at care@zhilyova.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We will take care of it.

How to return your item:

  • Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in its original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired;
  • Get in touch with our Customer Care team at care@zhilyova.com to get RMA form and the return shipping address;
  • Pack your order in original ZHILYOVA package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. Please note, the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us;
  • Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster;
  • Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return. We’ll be emailing you as soon as we receive the returned items and refund.

Shipping fee and VAT

Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, VAT) are not refundable and are at your cost.
