Delivery

We are pleased to announce that delivery of our products throughout Ukraine is free of charge via the Nova Poshta service. After confirming the order, we process it within 1-2 business days and send it to the branch of your choice. You will receive an SMS message with a tracking number for the parcel. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. You can pick up your order by showing your ID and the shipment number.

We also offer international delivery for our customers outside of Ukraine. Its cost and terms depend on the country of destination. After placing your order, we will contact you to agree on all the details. International parcels are sent through reliable postal and courier services that provide tracking capabilities. Please note that some countries may charge additional customs duties or taxes that are not included in the shipping cost.

Regardless of your location, we guarantee reliable and timely delivery so that your purchases arrive in perfect condition.

Returns.

If you purchased a product with a standard size and it does not fit you, we offer an exchange for a different size. You can exchange any new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged product with the original labels intact within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

Items that cannot be returned

Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange as they are created specifically for you.
